Understanding the global need
The Living God is a Missionary God
He has been since the beginning. He called Abraham to "...go to the land I will show you..." (Genesis 12). And He promised that all nations would be blessed through Abraham's seed. Jesus Christ is that seed, and He fulfilled the promise and charged the church with making the promise known to every people, tribe, tongue and nation. In response to that charge, we must share the Good News with people here, near, and far away.
