Elementary
Sontown
Sontown is our weekly elementary children’s worship experience. Sontown meets during each of the three regular weekend worship service times and is designed to utilize a wide range of creative teaching methods in order to promote spiritual growth.
It is made up of four teaching segments: hands-on activities, worship and music, large group Bible teaching, as well as time for small group discipleship. This format provides kids with a wide range of opportunities to learn more about Christ and enables personal attention from our excellent staff of workers. The Light Company
The Light Company is a Wednesday after-school program where kids experience an action-packed program with a balance between creative Bible teaching, fellowship, and fun activities. Activities include crafts, King's Kids Children's Choir, recreation, drama, small group learning and much more.
Bus service from most elementary schools is provided free of charge. There is a family meal available for $3 per person at the conclusion of The Light Company. This enables your family to spend dinner time together without the hassle of cooking and cleaning. For information about The Light Company, please contact Angela Hoffman at 518-1428. King's Kids Children's Choir
The King’s Kids is our children’s choir for elementary students in grades 1-5. This group meets every Wednesday from 5:00-5:45 PM as part of The Light Company after-school program.
Children can attend the entire Light Company program or come only for the electives segment, when King’s Kids is offered. The choir prepares and performs two major productions a year, one at Christmas and one in the spring. The children also sing periodically in weekend worship services and in the community.
