Guest Teams
Providing the friendliest and most helpful guest experience possible!
Serving on a guest team is a great way to share a smile, meet new friends and to be a great help to newcomers here at Crossroads. To get connected to serving on any of our energetic and outgoing guest teams, contact Diane Payne at (812) 518-1433.
Main Door Greeting Team An Open Door to All
These teams greet our guests at the main entrances with an open door, a smile and a warm welcome. We also float around the main Lobby and assist guests as needed. Greeters arrive 30 minutes before service times and meet for prayer. They stay at their serving locations until all of the guests for that service have been greeted and are in the building. Serving commitment is about one hour per month. Training is provided and opportunities are available for all weekend service times.
Connection Center Team Helping Make Connections
This team hosts at the Connection Center in the Lobby helping guests find ministry information and register for programs, classes and events. We also help newcomers find their way around our building. Connection Center Hosts arrive 30 minutes before service times and meet for prayer. They stay at Connection Center until the service has started and the Lobby has cleared of guests. Serving commitment is about one hour per month. Training is provided and opportunities are available for all weekend service times.
Seating Usher Team A Good Seat for Everyone
Our Seating Ushers warmly welcome our guests into the Worship Center and assist them in finding a seat in our weekend services. Seating Ushers arrive 30 minutes before service times and meet for prayer. They serve by greeting guests as they enter the Worship Center and assist them in finding seating as needed. They are finished serving when all incoming guests are seated. Serving commitment is about one hour per month. Training is provided and opportunities are available for all weekend service times. This serving opportunity is best suited for adults.
