Communion Prep Team Preparing Communion Trays
These three teams serve behind-the-scenes in preparing and cleaning up communion elements. The Saturday-evening Team prepares communion by 5:00 PM and returns after the service to clean up. The Sunday-morning Prep Team prepares communion by 8:00 AM. The Sunday-morning Clean-up Team arrives before the 11:30 AM service to ensure adequate supply for the service and then returns after the service to clean up and stow communion trays. Serving commitment is 1-2 hours per month. Training is provided and opportunities are available on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. This is a great family serving opportunity.
Communion Coordinators Recruiting Communion Servers
Communion Coordinators recruit and oversee the communion and offering servers in one section of the Worship Center during one weekend service. Communion Coordinators arrive 30 minutes before service times and meet for prayer. They serve in the Lobby area near the Worship Center entrances recruiting servers for the communion and offering portions of our worship service, and are finished when all of the needed serving positions are filled. Serving commitment is about 1 hour per week or as a substitute when needed. Training is provided and opportunities are available for all weekend service times. This serving opportunity is best suited for adults.

Our Cafe Team specializes in providing a true "coffeehouse experience" for our guests. Our Cafe team members serve in a variety of ways on weekends and weekdays. Serving opportunities range from simple tasks to creating delicious espresso drinks – you choose! Training is provided and serving times are available on Saturday evenings, Sunday mornings, Wednesday mornings, and Thursday evenings. This serving opportunity is best suited for ages 16 and up.
