Crossroads is excited to introduce our new Senior Pastor, Ken Idleman and his wife, Kaylene. This is an exciting time for our church and we covet your prayers as we enter a new chapter in the life of Crossroads Christian Church.
This page was created so that we can all get to know Ken and Kaylene a little better. A copy of Ken's bio and Kaylene's Bio are available as downloads in PDF* form. An interview with Ken can be listened to directly from this page or downloaded as a Podcast by following the directions given on the Sermon Messages page. You can also click here to listen to Todd's brief interview with Ken's son, Kyle Idleman, following Kyle's sermon message on the weekend of March 24-25.

WELCOME TO CROSSROADS
As a relative newcomer to Crossroads Christian Church
myself, I can identify with some of you who have
accessed this web page. You are in the process of
forming your impressions of our church family.
Thank you for your
interest. For
others of you, this web site is a description of the
very familiar place where you have planted yourself and
your loved ones for many years as you have grown in the
grace and knowledge of the Lord. Thank you for your
faithfulness.
Someone has said that every person needs three homes: a
family home, a church home and a heavenly home. It is
such a significant decision for you and your loved ones
to commit to a church home. I promise, you can trust
your early positive impressions of Crossroads. This is
a spiritually dynamic ministry that is Christ-centered,
Bible-based and family oriented.
It is our intention that Crossroads always be the "best
of both worlds:"
1] Large
and
small….
Large enough to serve you and small enough to know you.
There is something powerful about standing in a
congregation of several hundred for worship and being
part of a church that has significant Godly influence
in the larger community. At the same time, we want you
to feel personally noticed and valued, not overlooked,
in the family of God.
2] Inspirational
and
life
transformational….When you have attended
Crossroads, you feel like you have been to church. You
also find many and varied opportunities to go on to
higher levels of living and serving through our small
groups and our need-based or age-specific ministries.
3] Gathering
and
scattering….
Our regular assemblies and special events are for the
purpose of renewing our zeal to live for/serve Christ
and to renew our hope for the future God has planned
for us in Him. Our presence out in the community is to
be ambassadors for Christ….salt and
light….bearing influence and testimony for Him
day after day.
We want to be sure you have all the information you
need to thoughtfully and prayerfully make your church
commitment. Please notify us if there is anything we
can do to further assist.
We are
glad to serve you today with the anticipation of
serving alongside
you in the days
ahead.
All God's deepest and best to you and yours,

Ken Idleman, Senior Pastor
